So join me for this journey to become better leaders, god's way. It's a call for us to embrace God's grace to lead even when we feel unqualified. So if that's you, you are in the right place. Welcome and let the journey begin. Welcome to the Graced to Lead podcast. I am Belinda Gaston, your host, and today is prayer day. So when I started this podcast, one of the things that I was encouraged by God to do is to offer prayer for you, based on whatever the topics were that we were talking about and we just finished talking about leadership, confidence in leadership and leadership identity and we're going to. Before we move into our next series, I wanted to take a moment to pray with you, and why this is important is because, as you listen, I believe that there are going to be some things as you listened into the other episodes. There are going to be some things that you may be meditating on, some things that stood out to you, that you might be working through or encouraged by, and I just want to make sure that those things are covered in prayer as you work through them, and I admit that I was nervous about doing this, but I'm definitely going to be obedient and do it and so a prayer for you today, for confidence in your leadership and your leadership identity. Heavenly Father, we thank you for those who are listening today and those who have listened to the Graced to Lead podcast thus far. I thank you for their very lives, that they have a new day, that they have an opportunity to lead well with you. We recognize that there are so many things in this world that are going wrong, that cause distress and that cause challenges and issues, and yet you've chosen us to lead in our various spaces, despite what's happening around us, and so we thank you first for your trust in us as leaders. Thank you for trusting us to lead in our organizations, in our companies, in our businesses. Thank you for trusting us with the ability to provide wisdom, guidance and strategy for people in the spaces that we lead. Thank you for girding us up with strength for our leadership journeys. I pray for those who are listening that, as they listened to the conversations, or even if this is their first episode, that you are reminding them of who they are in you. Thank you that you have made them confident. Thank you that you have made them strong. Lord, you said that in our spaces of weakness that you are strong, and so we thank you for your strength. Thank you for your wisdom.

Belinda Gaston:

I pray now for supernatural wisdom for everyone who's listening that they are able to discern the way to go in their leadership experience. To discern the way to go in their leadership experience. I pray that you cover them now from their head to their feet and protect them from all harm or danger. I pray, god, that you reveal to them the unique gifts and characteristics that you've placed in them for their leadership journey. I thank you for even the connection that you're making for them with other leaders.

Belinda Gaston:

I thank you, god, for the wisdom to make the right decisions and, god, I pray that you remove the pressure attached to making those decisions. That, as they trust in you, god, that you will give them confidence as they seek you, lord, that you will increase the knowledge of their identity in you. I pray for resources in the places of lack in their lives. I thank you that you are, even now, using this podcast experience to speak to them in ways that they need, that they may not ever share with others.

Belinda Gaston:

I pray for those who have sleepless nights, who stay up worrying about the next day. That you will give them rest, that you will give them peace, that you will comfort their hearts and their minds. In the name of Jesus, god, I thank you that, as these women go throughout their day and they tackle their leadership responsibilities wherever those responsibilities lie, that you grace them for their journey. I pray, even now, that you're lightening their load, that you're removing the stress, that they're reminded that they're not carrying this burden on their own, but that you are the burden carrier. Thank you for transforming their minds, for reminding them of the power and the strength that you've given them.

Belinda Gaston:

And I pray specifically for the families attached to the leaders their spouses, their children, their nieces, their nephews, their parents, their siblings, their extended families that, as they are leading, that you are covering their families and that every need is met. Thank you for your grace to lead, thank you for your guidance and thank you for reminding us that we are who you've called us to be, that it is already done, that we are fearfully and wonderfully made, that you do have a plan for us, a plan to prosper us and not to do us harm. That no weapon formed against us shall prosper, that we can do all things through you and that your grace is sufficient for every part of our leadership journey, is sufficient for every part of our leadership journey, and we will give you glory and honor for how you've helped us to lead and all that you've done for us individually as leaders, and that you will continue to do for us as leaders. In the name of Jesus, we pray Amen.
